The Torralbenc Pinot Noir 2021 is made from carefully hand-selected grapes. Before fermentation, it undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration, enhancing its aromatic intensity and freshness. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation, which softens its structure and adds elegance. Its eight-month aging in French oak imparts subtle spicy notes and silky tannins. Finally, it rests in the bottle, resulting in a harmonious, complex, and long-lasting profile.

Red wine with a medium ruby color. On the nose, it is complex, highlighting notes of red and black fruits such as currant, plum, and cherry, accompanied by delicate floral hints of violet, as well as subtle touches of pepper, tobacco, and forest floor. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a firm structure. The mouthfeel is enveloping, with well-integrated tannins. On the retronasal, notes of cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, and tobacco emerge. The finish is long and persistent.
