Albenc 2023 is made from hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, fermented at low temperature, where the wine remains in contact with its lees for two months. Afterwards, the varieties are blended. Before being marketed, the wine is kept in the bottle for at least two months.
