This rosé wine is made using direct pressing, with grapes carefully hand-selected both in the vineyard and at the winery. A cold skin maceration is carried out prior to pressing to enhance aroma extraction. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, and after fermentation, the wine rests on its lees to add volume and complexity. Blending and bottling take place in February 2025.
