Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, where the wine completes alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Afterwards, the wine remains in contact with its lees for several months, adding volume and complexity. Finally, bottling takes place, where the wine rests before being released to the market.

Description

White wine of a bright, clear lemon-yellow color. The nose reveals a vibrant and fresh aromatic profile, with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by hints of fennel. White floral notes are also present, such as jasmine and acacia. There are also bakery nuances, with brioche and buttery aromas. On the palate, the wine is fresh, with well-integrated acidity and good volume. The finish highlights citrus and floral notes, accompanied by a subtle minerality and a saline touch that provide a long and persistent finish.
