Torralbenc Red 2022 is made from grapes harvested and selected by hand to ensure optimal quality. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, where the wine completes alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Afterwards, the wine remains in contact with its lees for several months, adding volume and complexity. Finally, bottling takes place, where the wine rests before being released to the market.

Description

Red wine of ruby-red colour with medium intensity. On the nose, it reveals a complex aromatic profile dominated by intense red and black fruit notes such as plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle hints of black pepper. Fresh, herbaceous nuances of eucalyptus, liquorice, and tobacco leaf also emerge, while a toasted background evokes notes of oak and coffee. On the palate, the wine is smooth, fresh, and well balanced. The mouthfeel is round and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and persistent, marked by notes of red fruit, liquorice, and toasted bread.
