Torralbenc Red 2022 has been made with grapes from the estate’s oldest plots, harvested and selected by hand. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, where the wine completes malolactic fermentation. It is aged for eight months in French oak barrels. Subsequently, the blending of varieties takes place. Torralbenc Red before being marketed it remains in the bottle for a minimum of eight months.
