Torralbenc Chardonnay 2022 has been made from grapes with a higher degree of maturity. The grapes come from the estate’s oldest plots, harvested and selected by hand. Elaborated in stainless steel vats, in which the wine remains in contact with its lees for two months. It is then matured in French oak barrels on its
lees for eight months. It remains in the bottle for a minimum of six months before being sold.
