At Bodegas Torralbenc we want your visit to be a great experience from the very start. These are the booking and cancellation terms for our wine tastings.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the booking, payment and cancellation of the wine tastings and visits offered by Bodegas Torralbenc Vell, S.L.U., Spanish tax ID B20923819, registered at Carretera Maó-Ciutadella (Km 10, Cala’n Porter), 07730 Alaior, Menorca (Balearic Islands). Making a booking implies express acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed through the payment gateway available on the website. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

3. Cancellation by the customer and refunds

Customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tasting, with a full refund of the amount paid. After that period, and in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

4. Changes of date or time

Requests to change the date or time are subject to availability and must also be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tasting.

5. Cancellation by Bodegas Torralbenc

Bodegas Torralbenc may cancel or reschedule the activity for operational reasons, weather, force majeure or where the service cannot be provided in adequate conditions. In such cases the customer may choose between (i) rescheduling to another available date and time, or (ii) a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Refund method and deadline

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the right to a refund arises.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, leisure services provided on a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These cancellation terms therefore apply to tasting and visit bookings.

8. How to cancel or amend

To cancel or amend a booking, please contact Bodegas Torralbenc at info@bodegastorralbenc.com or on +34 676 23 27 34, stating your name and booking reference.

9. Calculation of the period

For all purposes, the 24-hour period is calculated from the scheduled start time of the tasting, not merely from the day of the activity.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
